In order to see the menu buttons and the changing images on the top left of each page, you will need to install the Java client software.

First, check in Tool - Internet Options - Advanced and see if  "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled" is in fact ticked.

If it does not exist then go to  http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp and download Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 5
